Such amazing food and service! The Bosnian coffee is delicious and beautifully presented, and we also tried a few different foods and everything was wonderful. The market also has so many unique & delicious foods to try! Recommend stopping by if you are visiting, this was our favorite meal of the whole trip!
Absolutely delicious food and drinks! Tried the coffee and it's delightful. Similar to Turkish coffee, but I think this is better and allows you to sweeten it to your liking. Their meats are all absolutely delicious as well. Also check out the little shop they have!
My husband and I had never eaten Bosnian food before and having just moved to Twin Falls we decided to try something different. Emma’s Cafe is amazing. There is a neat little store attached where they sell different foods and treats. Wish I had thought to get a picture of the store. We tried some of the foods recommended by the waitress and everything was delicious and freshly prepared when ordered. We will definitely be back. The service was great. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The chef/owner also came out to ask how everything was. We had a nice chat with him before we left. Highly recommend Emma’s Cafe!
Absolutely fantastic home made food. The Chef is amazing and service is warm and friendly. This was our first time trying Bosnian food and had no idea what to try, so we let the chef pick for us. The Cabbage rolls and Cevapi were hand made and amazing and he made sure to fill you up. If you are near the area, go here now and be sure to order the Bosnian coffee. Strong, smooth and elegant presentation with Bosnian style.
Amazing place with Bosnian/Balkan food and groceries. Such a great vibe and owner is such a great guy that makes you feel like home. Portions are big and food is delicious! You can find all sorts of Balkan groceries/sweets in their market.
Amazing local place to grab lunch and coffee! Cevapi is on point and the avjar is to die for! Great service and welcoming for a first timer! I'll be back!
Our first time here, and our first time with Bosnian food, as with many people reviewing. From our first step in the door, the atmosphere was casual. There was no pressure to change just because we were somewhere new, and the owner and his kids were happy to be as helpful and guiding as possible. Each of them were friendly, efficient, and made my wife and I feel super supported and genuinely cared for the entire time we were there. All of this to not even mention the food yet, which was PHENOMENAL. I got Cevapi, which the owner was (And should be!) proud to state that the sausages I had were homemade. You truly can taste the difference. No clue if I ate it the way someone more used to that dish would, but every bite exploded with flavor. The sausages were incredible, the fluffy bread soaked up those flavors, the onions were a tasty accent, and the side sauce was just enough of the diversity of flavor to make it a truly unforgettable experience. We also got a couple of sodas that we hadn't tried before, those were fun and tasty (Though, apparently Cockta is tastier after you've already had some of your meal). My wife got a cheese panini, which she also really enjoyed, and she ate all of it until she couldn't any more. We got to finish our meals with Baklava and another dish that was similar to a ladyfinger with syrup soaked into it. These were incredible, and a great way to complete the meal. In addition to all of the above, their market was a really fun way to explore a culture we wouldn't normally experience, while trying new things after the restaurant, all at an extremely affordable price. For the atmosphere, the enlightening experience, the delicious meals, and the ability to feel like part of the family, even if you are only there for lunch on a Wednesday, Emma's is a must for anyone in or around Twin Falls. I will look forward to when I get to return, and truly hope you visit to have the same experiences that we did.
We were passing through Twin Falls on a multi-day road trip and saw this on Yelp. Thought we'd try Bosnian food. So glad we did! Owner/chef was running the place mid-afternoon and was very friendly. We had cabbage rolls and goulash, both cooked that day, and an old country salad. All SO VERY delicious, and satisfying. Took baklava as takeout for later in the day, and that also was amazingly good. Will definitely stop here again when we repeat this long-distance drive next year.
